Powell Presbyterian is a member of the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA) which was founded in 1973. We are a conservative denomination and base all our beliefs on the truths put forth in God’s Holy Word.
Every PCA church is a member of a smaller group of PCA churches called a presbytery. Powell Presbyterian is a member of Calvary Presbytery which covers forty-three Upstate South Carolina congregations.
